Not a bit.
The only person who should be worried is Aaron Moorehead.
While Viniatieri missed a 29 yard field goal to win the game Moorehead dropped 2 touchdown passes.
But no one noticed. Except me.
Seriously, we had 17 eligible offensive players. No Harrison, Ugoh, Clark, and Gonzalez. Manning had literally no one to throw to and threw a career-high 6 interceptions. Addai was plagued by wet turf and slipped constantly.
And we still almost won.
Did anyone see our defense? The only TD they allowed was after an interception and the Chargers started at the Colts' 45. The Chargers then got the ball at the Colts' 18 and kicked a field goal. Indy's D also had 2 interceptions and recovered a fumble for a touchdown. Rivers threw for 104 yards. Tomlinson ran for 76 and that TD.
And they almost lost.
John Clayton wrote in an article that the Colts deserved to lose.
Of course we deserved to lose; that's a no-brainer.
But we almost won with almost nothing.
I think we're gonna be OK.
